Greetings and welcome to our new blog!

Who we are. My name is Leith Whitley and I am the son of the owner and president of T&S Machines, Tim Whitley. We are a family owned and operated business and have been working together – for better or worse – for nearly a decade now. T&S Machines and Tools, Inc. has been manufacturing equipment for automotive applications in balancing, surfacing, engine block boring and blueprinting, cylinder head machining and valve re-facing since 1990.

About this blog. We are starting this blog to better connect with our clients and customers as well as share some of the knowledge that we gather in the industry through the vast number of machine installations and retrofits that we perform. We find that each customer we work with has a different and valuable perspective on the parts and processes we’re working with and we need a place to spread and share this experience with others.

We will be sharing our experiences, challenges, achievements, technical articles, company and product updates, as well as posts about our customers and their successes and showcases. We’ll also use this blog to promote used equipment that we bring in on trade or to help our customers advertise machines they are trying to replace.
