Order Policy:

All special order, non-standard order, and distributor priced machines and tooling require non-refundable deposits when the purchase order is placed.  Default in payment per terms will be deemed as breach of contract and deposits forfeited.  Partial credit may be applied to the customer's account at the discretion of T&S Machines, Inc. to be used within one year.
