Setting up bobweights for a balance job can be a tedious and time consuming process. With our dynamic balancing software, the program can pull in weights from all the different components and make the necessary calculations to tell you what each bobweight should weigh. Furthermore, by clicking on the individual componente, such as the Rod Big End Weight, the program can pull in the data from the digital scale for each component and help you balance the entire assembly saving you time and hassle.
The PC5 Dynamic Balancing Software tells you where to drill to remove weight and how much weight to take out. It even goes a step further by taking into account the changing radius as you drill deeper into the counterweight as well as compensating for the drill tip if you are starting a new hole. Also, you can choose from a number of different materials to make the drill depths even more accurate. Using these calculations, we can consistently fix a shaft to within tolerance with a single spin and drill correction.
